Information We Collect • Business & Financial Data: The app processes sales transactions, inventory records, and payment methods that you manually enter. • Customer Information: To provide billing services, the app stores customer names, contact details, and outstanding balance (debt) records that you provide. • Device Permissions: ◦ Camera: Used for scanning barcodes or receipts to extract text and manage inventory. ◦ Storage/Media: Used to save and export your financial reports (PDF and Excel formats) to your device and to read images for data extraction. ◦ Internet Access: Used to load advertisements and provide app updates.
How We Use Your Data • Core Functionality: To calculate daily sales, track inventory levels, and manage customer outstanding balances and payment history. • Document Export: To facilitate the generation and sharing of transaction reports via PDF and Excel. • Local Storage & Ephemeral Processing: Your primary financial data, customer personal info (names, emails, phone numbers, addresses), and ledgers are processed and stored locally on your device database. We do not store this personal data on remote servers or external databases.
Third-Party Services (Advertising) We use Google AdMob to display advertisements (Banner and Interstitial ads) to help keep the app free. Data Security We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, as the data is primarily stored on your device, the security of your information also depends on your device’s security settings (Passcodes, Biometrics, and Encryption).
Your Rights & Data Deletion You have full control over your data: • Edit/Delete: You can edit or delete any transaction, customer, or inventory item within the app. • Full Wipe: To delete all data, you can “Clear Data” in your Android App Settings or uninstall the application. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
